RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Shipping Time Orders are shipped within 48 hours and shipping information is emailed when the item ships out. 
Shipping Carriers USPS & UPS are used for most domestic orders.
Shipping Locations Currently ships to the United States. 
Liability Above Snakes is not responsible for international customs fees. Once an item is shipped, the brand is not liable if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. The customer must file a claim with the carrier.
In-Store Returns All in-store purchases are considered final sale, including full-priced items purchased with a discount code.
Online Clothing Returns Online clothing purchases can be returned for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs and needs to send an email to hello@shopabovesnakes.com to start the return process with their order number. 
Final Sale Items

All marked-down items, apothecary items (skincare, personal fragrances), socks, intimates, and all "Pre-Loved" items are considered final sale and non-returnable. Vintage items may have minor flaws noted in the description.
