Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment from our Albuquerque location. Processing times can vary. You’ll receive a notification when your order ships or is ready for pickup.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
When shipping is available, carrier-calculated rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates are provided by the carrier and aren’t guaranteed. We don’t currently offer local delivery.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Carrier tracking can take time to update after shipment.

Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to be changed. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at 414 Romero St. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Pickup orders are generally ready within 24 hours. Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup notification before visiting the store and bring your order confirmation.

Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the item and packaging, take clear photos, and contact us promptly with your order number. For delayed or missing parcels, review the tracking information and contact us so we can help with the next steps. Carrier delays and delivery estimates can be outside our control.
